Tung Eugence graduated from Northumbria University, UK in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). In 2019, she acquired the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) and she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in December 2020.
Eugence started her legal practice as an employment litigator, where she was exposed to cases in representing corporate clients and individual clients, which varied across blue-collar laborers, white-collar employees, union members, professionals, and employees in the managerial level. Eugence has experience working in law firms in Malaysia and the United States (as a project-based attorney), where she assisted corporate clients in setting up new offices in the US and provided legal consulting services to foreign companies newly started up their subsidiaries in Malaysia.
Eugence joined in November 2023. Her current practice includes advisory and drafting of corporate commercial related matters, conveyancing, probate and civil litigation cases.
